EFILive FlashScan V2 Scan and Tuning versions require a VIN license for each vehicle that is tuned.Where EFILive supports multiple modules within a vehicle (ie. ECM and TCM), only one VIN is required.
Each V2 Scan and Tuning Tool includes two VIN licenses that you may use to tune any supported vehicles. You are not required to nominate which vehicles you will be tuning prior to purchasing EFILive. If you wish to tune more than two vehicles, you may purchase additional VIN license for $99 each.

80% of the purchase price of each VIN License will be discounted off the price of any stream purchase, up to a amaximum of 50% discount on any stream order. So if your workshop sees an increase in the "one-off" VIN License based tuning, you are able to put your investment in VIN Licenses towards an unlimited stream license to cover the increased tuning volume. Each VIN License may only be used once to obtain a discount when purchasing streams.
