Important information you should know about import duties, taxes and related charges when purchasing and shipping EFILive products from our online store.
Except where otherwise indicated, all prices displayed in the EFILive Online Store and in the EFILive Web Site are quoted in US Dollars.
All credit card charges will be made in US dollars. If you would prefer to be charged in one of the currencies listed below, please contact efilive ( sales@efilive.com) and EFILive will quote a fixed price in the currency of your choice. EFILive will quote a fixed price for the following non-US currencies, when requested.

Taxes
None, the US government does not collect taxes on purchases made over the internet.
Customs
Customs Import Duty is 2% of of total cost, including shipping.
The Merchandise Processing Fee (MFP), is payable when your total shipment value, including shipping, exceeds $2,000.00. The MFP is 0.21% of total cost, including shipping. Minimum charge $25.00.
UPS will charge you 2% of any monies paid up front to US customs. Minimum charge $5.00.

A Compile Fee is payable when your total shipment value, including shipping, exceeds:
- AUD $250.00 when shipped via UPS
- AUD $1000.00 when shipped via New Zealand Post
The Compile Fee is AUD $52.25.
Extended delivery areas
Delivery to remote postcodes will attract an extra shipping charge of approximately AUD $45.00.
